Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the Omnibus 30-Day Lowest Price app collects, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We aim for plain English wherever the law allows. If anything is unclear, write to support@omnibus30.eu and we will explain.

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Aliaksandr Palazok, an individual operating from the Republic of Poland. For data-protection enquiries, contact support@omnibus30.eu. If you are in the EEA or another jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you may lodge a complaint with it; in Poland this is the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

2. What data we process

2.1 Your store's product and price data

With the permissions you grant at install, the App receives your Wix Stores product and variant identifiers, prices, currency, and the time of each price change. This is business data about your catalogue. We store these price observations to compute the lowest price in the trailing 30 days and to render the compliance reference line. The App does not receive or store your customers' personal data, order details, or payment information.

2.2 Your Wix site identifier

We store the Wix-issued instance identifier for your installation so that price history is associated with the correct store. This identifier does not by itself reveal your identity to us.

2.3 Technical logs

Our servers record standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) for security and debugging. These logs are rotated and not used to build a profile of you.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver the App's features to your store.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for security telemetry and debugging production incidents, balanced against your privacy and minimised in retention.

4. Subprocessors

We use the following third parties to operate the App, each under a data-processing agreement where required:

Wix is also a separate controller of your account data under its own privacy notice. We do not use a payment processor, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

5. How long we keep data

• Price observations — kept while the App is installed, so we can compute the trailing-30-day window and retain reasonable history; deleted within 30 days after you uninstall.
• Technical logs — rotated out of storage on a rolling basis.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with equivalent rights, you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
• Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16).
• Erase your data — by uninstalling the App or on request (Art. 17), subject to legal-retention exceptions.
• Restrict or object to processing (Art. 18, 21).
• Port your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it (Art. 7(3)).

7. Cookies

The App's product-page component sets no tracking cookies. Our marketing site uses only strictly-necessary cookies (session and CSRF protection); we use no advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. International transfers

Processing of your store data takes place within the European Union. Where any transfer outside the EEA is involved, it is governed by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

The App is intended for merchants and store operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Security

We protect data with transport-layer encryption (TLS), isolated production credentials, and rate-limiting. No online service can guarantee absolute security; if a breach occurs we will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authority in line with GDPR Art. 33–34.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when we add features or change subprocessors. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
