Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Omnibus 30-Day Lowest Price ("the App", "we", "us", "our") — an application for Wix Stores that records your product price changes and displays the EU Omnibus "lowest price in the last 30 days" reference on your product pages when you announce a price reduction. By installing the App or using its features, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who provides the App
The App is operated by Aliaksandr Palazok ("the Provider"), an individual operating from the Republic of Poland. Contact: support@omnibus30.eu. The Provider's full postal address is available to merchants on request to the contact address above.
2. Eligibility
You must be the owner of, or be authorised to administer, the Wix site on which you install the App, and you must be at least 16 years old. By installing the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. What the App does with your store
When you install the App, you grant it permission to read your Wix Stores product catalogue and to receive notifications when a product's price changes. The App stores those price observations (product and variant identifiers, prices, currency, and the time of each change) so that it can compute the lowest price seen in the trailing 30 days for each product and render the compliant reference line on your product pages.
The App is read-only with respect to your store: it never creates, edits, or deletes products, never places or alters orders, and never processes payments. The displayed reference line is shown only when the current price is genuinely below the lowest price recorded in the prior 30 days; otherwise nothing is shown.
4. Fees
Any fees for the App are as stated on its Wix App Market listing. Where no fee is listed, the App is provided free of charge. We may introduce or change fees in the future; any such change will be announced on the App Market listing and will not apply retroactively.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only on Wix sites you own or are authorised to administer, and NOT to:
- Attempt to probe, scan, or penetrate the App's infrastructure outside of a coordinated security disclosure (see §10).
- Use the App to display prices you know to be inaccurate, or to misrepresent a reduction.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its output as your own product.
6. Service availability
The App is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA. The App is designed to fail safe: if it cannot determine a trustworthy 30-day-lowest figure for a product, it shows nothing rather than a price it is unsure about, so an outage never causes an incorrect reference to be displayed.
7. Compliance is your responsibility
The App is a tool intended to help you meet the disclosure expected under the EU Price Indication Directive as amended by the Omnibus Directive (Article 6a). It is informational and does not constitute legal advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the prices and reductions you publish, and for meeting the requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual property
The App's software, branding, and copy are owned by the Provider or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You retain ownership of your store data; we hold a non-exclusive licence to process it solely to deliver the App's features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost sales, regulatory penalties, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
- The Provider's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms is capped at the total fees you paid for the App in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 — whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Security disclosure
If you discover a security issue, please email support@omnibus30.eu with details before any public disclosure. We will acknowledge promptly and work in good faith on a fix.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. On uninstall we stop processing your store's data and delete the price history associated with your store within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain under applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required to do so by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect new features or regulatory changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in the European Union retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
